Meet the 2021 Board of Directors: Chris Colbert

Chris Colbert is the Vice President of Sales at Cobb Travel & Tourism. Chris is a native of Atlanta, Georgia and currently, Vice President of Sales for Cobb Travel & Tourism–a Destination International accredited destination marketing organization promoting Cobb County to the meetings and events industry and leisure travel market. Chris was our chapter’s president in 2020, and is currently serving on our board as immediate past president.

Chris has many fond memories with our chapter, but assisting Terry Dougherty, CAE, CMP with planning and executing the PCMA SE Chapter 25th Anniversary celebration at Convening Leaders in Nashville tops his list. What a fun time!

If you want to connect with Chris, he says that he is a morning person. “It’s the beginning of a new day with so much to offer and opportunities for me to be a better human.”
