Making our 25th Year Experiential

I am so excited to serve as President as our Southeast Chapter celebrates our 25th anniversary in 2018. I am honored to be a charter member of this chapter and it is exciting to see how it has grown and evolved.

During the Chapter Leaders Training at Convening Leaders our Board came up with one word that would serve as the basis for our planning for 2018. That word was Experiential. Our goal is to make your encounter with our chapter an experience, giving you more memorable opportunities to connect, learn and engage. We had a great start with our Chapter Reception and silent auction at Convening Leaders and our February meeting where we heard how we can evolve our events through experience design. One way we did this is to offer live streaming during this session. Thanks to our sponsor, Shepard Audio Visual, we will continue to offer this innovative addition for all our educational events in Atlanta and Orlando. The next event with be our Orlando March Satellite program.

We are offering a new initiative as we raise money for the PCMA Foundation Education. I challenge you to join us for our inaugural CycleGiving event held on February 24, 2018! Together we can burn off those extra calories from Valentine’s Day with a 45-minute ride while also supporting the future of our industry. Let’s work together to make this year experiential. Thank you for your membership and commitment to PCMA SE.
