On Wednesday, February 7, 2018, the PCMA Southeast Chapter gathered at the new Whitley Buckhead, a Marriott Luxury Collection Hotel in Buckhead, for a program focused on Experience Design. Annette Gregg, CMM, MBA, presented to 67 attendees on the basics of XD and how to apply it when working with clients and on events. The event was live-streamed by Shepard Audio & Visual for the first time ever – online attendees were able to ask questions via the livestream and connect directly with our speaker. Attendees also made Valentine’s Day cards during the networking portion of the event, to be sent to the families and patients of the Atlanta Ronald McDonald House. Despite the rainy afternoon, the Whitley’s Legacy Ballroom was beautifully decorated and lively with conversation as folks connected during a great event!
