Join us Wednesday, March 27, 2019 at Disney Springs, Orlando, FL for the PCMA SE March Educational Program.
Get ready for a fun and informative afternoon at Disney Springs to learn about new F&B trends and how to best plan group events. Offering more than 60 dining options and an unrivaled retail and entertainment experience, Disney Springs is an excellent option for planners who want to provide their guests with multiple options for dining and shopping in Orlando. This afternoon you’ll experience the Preview Center, along with Chef Art Smith’s Homecomin’, Paddlefish and Wine Bar George to learn how to plan group dining most efficiently, and apply current food and wine trends to satisfy all guests. Appetizers and refreshments will be served at each stop along the way.

Self Parking is Free. Plan to arrive early as our program begins promptly at 1:30 p.m.
We will begin this Program at the Disney Springs Preview Center is located in the West Side of the park, between Splitsville Dining Room and the AMC Theaters.
Please park on the second floor of the orange garage. Park as close to Splitsville as possible and take the elevator or stairs to the first floor. As you exit the garage, you will see Pop Gallery on the right and a “Cast Only” door on the left. Attendees will be met at that door and escort you up to the Preview Center.

Second Harvest Food Bank of Central Florida is a private, nonprofit organization that collects, stores and distributes donated food to more than 550 feeding partners in six Central Florida counties: Brevard, Lake, Orange, Osceola, Seminole and Volusia. Last year, with the help of numerous donors, volunteers and a caring, committed community, the food bank distributed nearly 58 million meals to partner programs such as food pantries, soup kitchens, women’s shelters, senior centers, day care centers and Kids Cafes.
Second Harvest collects more than one million pounds of food and thousands of dollars each year through community food and fund drives sponsored by individuals, corporations, clubs, schools and associations.
