Want Strategy that Sticks? Take an Inclusive Approach with Appreciative Inquiry
So may strategic planning initiatives are created with the best of intentions but fall flat because the processes employed to spark change are not transformative. Appreciative Inquiry is an emerging, evolving approach to organizational change rooted in the premise that focusing on past successes with promote future achievement. Learn how to focus on moments of excellence and points of pride to generate future successes for your organization.
• Apply the five generic processes associated with Appreciative Inquiry to invoke sustainable change
• Give voice to a broad range of stakeholders to ensure all are invested in this invigorating process
• Develop solutions generated by people invested in defining the wider range of positive possibilities for the organization

Magnolia Hall is one of Atlanta’s premier event facilities. Built in 1945, it was originally a blacksmith’s forge and its original fireplace is still in place adding to the charming atmosphere (although we’ll have the A/C cranked up for this August program!). The building is elegantly lit with Mission-style lantern chandeliers. Magnolia Hall features exposed rafters and oak paneling coupled with beautifully executed polished concrete floors that create a warm and unforgettable ambience.
PCMA Southeast is an approved CMP provider. This Program has been approved for 1.0 CMP clock hours, applicable to IS Domain Strategic Planning.
