The 5 Mental Habits that Hold Us Back from Getting Everything We Want in Life — and How to Break Free
It is always easier to combat the bad habits we can see, but the ones we cannot see are often the most damaging. While many already know the impact of obvious bad habits, Mindset and Leadership Coach Karen Calder takes us through the 5 Mental habits that are holding you back from realizing your life’s goals while also teaching you how to break-free from your mental straight jacket.
- Examine the 5 Mental habits and the impacts they have on achieving your goals
- Recognize which of the 5 mental habits you need to work on
- Build mental strength by breaking-free using the tools and techniques
